1. Black women are not my preference; women (real women with real vaginas) are my preference and that can include Black women like, Jackie, a woman whom I was good friends with around 1994-1995 but I won't show her picture because she is a something of a public figure (and has been in beauty contests and recently won one). Jackie is about 54 now.

2. I've never been given shit over it, but I never advertised a preference for it either.

My friend Jackie is a woman whom I think we both knew I had some sexual tension. I found rather hot, not just because of her attractiveness, but also because she was intelligent, had confidence, and, frankly, was the coolest woman I ever knew. She had White boyfriends - more than 1 at the time - too. I was also heartbroken (still am) over another girl, so I was really out of the loop. Jackie did marry a White guy though and she has lovely mixed-race kids.

However, back in 1995 when I was 32 and she was 26, if I had the opportunity to have actually dated her, I would have. I was very impressed with her and her Blackness had little to do with it (although she did joke with me "I have a Black girl's butt." and, well, she did).

My last girlfriend was black. So yes, I have dated black women. To your questions:

I do find some black women extremely attractive. Specific type of black woman? Not really. Like a woman of any color, if I find her attractive I will know it when I see her.

The only discrimination I experienced when I was with her was from black men. They used to call her all kinds of horrible things (whore, bitch, n**, you name it) for being with a white guy. Sometimes they would even do it in public. It was disgusting. I had a few family members who disapproved. But it wasn't "discrimination." It was just their views and opinions. They did not treat her badly they treated her with respect because it was my decision to be with her so they accepted it even though they didn't approve.

To be honest I am not sure. I don't have many opportunities to meet black women these days so I think it is unlikely I will meet someone black. I would not be closed to it, but she would have to be exceptional (like my ex was). But that is true of any woman I would date. She would have to be exceptional no matter what color she is.

The black woman I dated was one of the most beautiful people I have ever known in my life both inside and out. She is an amazing person who I greatly admire to this day. I never would have believed that we would have had such a great relationship coming from completely different backgrounds in every way. And I mean COMPLETELY different. But somehow we connected and it was a beautiful thing.

1. I have no preference as to skin color. I've dated only one black women and she was one of the kindest people I ever met, so it was obviously a positive experience.

2. I found people would do a double-take when we were out together in public, but no discrimination in my family. They liked her a lot. Her parents passed away and her sister was really nice to me.

4. Yes, I would date a black women again. If the one I dated years ago had not moved away because of her job, I think we would still be together. She was an awesome person! I still keep in touch now and then, just because I like to know she's doing well.

1 yes. It's been my experience that black women are more accepting and verbally honest. I've never had to worry what a black woman has thought, 😆 they've always told me. Honesty and communication is a big thing with me. If we can't communicate it's not going to work.

2. With my family, no. With a aquaintances (not friends), Nothing overt. I think there will always be some people that are uncomfortable with interracial relationships and don't quite know what to say. That's thier problem not mine, and I hope not hers. She's never said anything to me if she felt this.

The overwhelming majority of women for the past ten or so years have been non-white.

1. I like fit women. If she's black fine. If she's white fine. Just so long as she takes care of herself. Statistically that's getting rarer and rarer in the black community though.

I've never experienced any pushback from my friends or family, and I wouldn't let it affect me if I did.
