There's this white girl at work who says she likes black guys but can only date light skin black men. She's white but she thinks she's black just because she's dated some black dude once. I've heard her talking bad and saying very offensive things about black women which pisses me off. I'm a mixed women who's currently dating a black men and dated other black men most of my life. Honestly her comments piss me off and to me it comes off as racist even though she's not aware of it and the fact that she thinks it's okay to mimic black people, act like black people, talks like black people just because she dated a black guy once in her life gets on my nerves. I don't understand her behavior and don't want to come off as a hater
It's understandable that you're frustrated and offended by your coworker's behavior and comments. It's important to remember that racism can manifest in many ways, including through microaggressions and stereotypes. As her coworker, you could try to educate her on how her comments and behavior come off as offensive and disrespectful to certain individuals or groups. You could approach the conversation from a place of understanding and try to understand where she's coming from. However, keep in mind that it's not your responsibility to educate her on racism and it's important to prioritize your own well-being and boundaries. If the behavior continues, consider speaking to a supervisor or HR representative about the issue.

Since she’s talking like that in the work environment, you should inform HR. If she’s making offensive, degrading comments, that should not be tolerated. If you don’t want retaliation from her, make your report anonymous. But, it’s up to you what you want to do.
You don’t sound like a hater.

What is the difference between a black and white person? We are all human and one day we will die. This stupid discrimination is so pointless.
