Since about 2 months ago, I started dating a lovely woman. We are dating without having talked about exclusivity yet, however, I 've always been very faithful in my relationships. But a couple of weeks ago, I met a younger woman that I find incredibly sexy. We are just talking, but she is flirting with me, and I am trying so hard to hide that I like her back. I have never mentioned her that I have some kind of a relationship that is starting and is about to become something more serious by the time. Why not stop dating girl 1 first? You may not have stated that you're exclusive but I don't think you would even hesitate if you didn't think there was some sort of expectation there.

I don't know if she is fucking other men. It wouldn't be a reason to break up, specially since we have not talked about the exclusivity stuff, but I would feel awkward, just like I think she would feel if I finally decided to fuck with this other woman. When we started dating she told me "I have been cheated in the past, so if you sleep with other women, I prefer to know, rather than it happens behind my back", but I know that she deeply meant that she wouldn't like me to have sex with other women. So, I don't want to hurt her and I don't want to hurt the other woman neither. What about telling that other woman who is flirting with me (and I'm flirting back, too...) the following: "you know, I am dating a woman since some time ago. Yes, I like you back, I think you are great, but I would like to see what happens with that other relationship that has been started, first"? Or just tell her "You know, I am dating another woman since some time before we met. If I have given you mixed signals it's because I indeed find you very attractive, but at the same time I don't want to mess things up"? How would you feel if you were in the shoes of the Woman #2 ?

I really respect that you are trying not to hurt her. Sleeping with the other woman will definitely hurt her, but if you do end up doing it, I would really encourage you to let girl 1 know. It's still going to hurt, but not nearly as bad.
