It's a difficult balance to find... It really just boils down to being patient and understanding that she's got her own personal stuff going on. NEVER push, force, or expect anything. Be clear about your intentions with them. Live up to your word. Probably not a bad idea to clearly reiterate/restate your intentions. And ultimately, you just have to get comfortable with letting the chips fall where they will.
