It would depend whether they adapted to being a guy. Most women would fail miserably if they expected women to approach them like they expect guys to.

Your question leaves more questions that anything. Because we're guys. We've spent our whole life being guys. So we know the rules and expectations. Is your question asking women had grew up as guys. Or are you asking if they were thrust into the role all of a sudden.

Because I think most women could learn to be a man given enough time. But any woman just thrust into it is going to fall flat on her face.
