I would interpret it as someone saying don't try to talk to me. I would also interpret. It is very very rude and very hostile.
How so, they are just characterizing what sort of conversation they don't wish to have meant g the opposite of a superficial conversation I. e. a meaningful one.
And if it's true?
Exchanging niceties loke hinhow are you back and forth is the epitome of superficial.
Yes, its direct and to the point.
Yes. But how would you understand it? What does it mean to you?
It means the other person is serious and not joking around.
Awesome, thanks!
You're welcome.

I would understand it as the person saying it is not someone I want to talk to anyway. They chose to be snotty in their reply instead of just saying, "I'm sorry, I don't feel like talking right now." So fuck 'em, give them the middle finger and walk away
What if the person who said it is owed an apology and the person to whom the phrase was said is trying ato act as if nothing happened.
The phrasing still sucks, it doesn't matter if the person saying it is in the right, they'll still come across as extremely rude and snotty. And, it doesn't communicate the issue at hand, a better phrasing in this situation would have been "Until you've taken responsibility for your actions, I don't want to hear from you."
That would be the second thing to say. Not the first.
