Thinking about Las Vegas as well, which I know has baddies. But Seattle is cooler temp. and not blistering hot at night.

It could be from the smell of fecal matter throughtout the streets where the homeless encampments are or the rioting, but I think the rioting is pretty much over now, so just the actual smell of the city. It's filthy.
