Age gap relationships pt. 2: Early teen girl has crush on me. What do I make of this?

Preface
My dad is part of the management board of a heritage trust that overseas an old school/church listed as a national heritage site where they mostly host camps dor confirmants from local parishes within the municipality.

I work at this camp facility for the summer as I couldn't find a "regular" job *e. g. in retail (. So I work for/with my dad, which is a challenging dynamic.

Main story

Today two guy confirmands at the current camp told me that one of the girl confirmands is into me, and I rarely recieve attention from women/girls.

I don't think there's much potential for anything beyond a friendship at this stage since she is probably only 13-14 and I will turn 25 years old in a month.

That being said, I do feel that I need to do something more than simply saying "no", because it's so rare for me that someone - whether through assistance or not - tells me that they like me. Should I give her my Instagram or Snapchat to keep in contact with her after my tenure ends? Is there anything else that I could do beyond a blank rejection?

I'm neither dumb nor desperate, just very inexperienced. I am fully aware of what I'm dealing with, it's just that no girl has ever - neither in person or through others - told me that they like me. I will talk to her at the end of my Friday shift.

I have now let go of this ordeal after having a heated argument with my dad about it. I don't think it was really much truth to it anyway, it could just be something that those guys made up anyway.

Forgive my ignorance as I didn't read round 1, and maybe I should before answering ( which would be the correct thing to do but I'm happy being totally oblivious to the world plus I'm blonde 🤣 ) but as of this question it sounds a bit cultish to me and the "elders" are trying to entice you in by using a very much younger female. Maybe she does like you, but that should be her choice to let you know, not others. Please sincerely forgive me if I'm totally thinking the worst due to her age and the circumstance. Just do what you think is right. There is never a need to rush, especially if the other person involved has not matured enough yet to know what she wants in life let alone break any laws and ruin your life and hers. I hope you make the right decision for your own sake.

Yeah, no. I think you read this a little bit wrong, there's nothing cultish about this. She told two of her peers to tell me about this, so she's probably just shy, which is totally normal for a teenager.

She might have told some camp leader (i. e. "elder") too, though that would be more of a secret to keep.

I think I should talk to her and find out first-hand what this is about. Especially due to the legal aspect with her being below the age of consent, albeit by just two years.

It's fairly common for young teenage girls to have crushes on older guys. But as an adult, you need to be the responsible one and address the situation professionally. Do not give her any extra attention. You need to shut her down (gracefully and politely, of course). The fact of the matter is you are the one with the moral responsibility to draw the line.
So do the right thing.
