Is wearing coloured enlarging contacts catfishing?

When a girls wears large contacts to make her eyes look larger along with different colours. Would that be considered catfishing to you? Or would you take it like dying your hair? Something like the photos attached.

It's funny to me that someone would even go to those lengths. I mean I probably wouldn't even notice the difference without a side by side comparison. And unless she was wearing an eyepatch I'm not going to notice anything strange about her eyes anyway.

So I guess my answer is. If you feel you need it go ahead I guess. I probably wouldn't even notice.

Nothing wrong with enhancing your appearance. Women already wear make up. I just see it as an extension of that. I'd be content if she didn't wear any at all, TBH. Both before and after depicted are aesthetically pleasing to me.

It entirely depends on the intention behind it. If they wear it to make themselves feel more attractive or just better about themselves in general then no. If they're wearing it because the guy said he only dates women with "X" colored eyes then yeah.

No its not. Its like the difference between regular contacts and glasses. I usually wear contacts. But when I take them out i have to wear glasses.

But those contacts make you look like an anime character. Tbh... I think you look high.

The enlarging contacts have larger diameter than your natural iris. Filling more of the sclera making the eyes look bigger

That doesn't explain the eyelid opening looking bigger.

If the contacts are stretching the eyelids or going too far behind the eyelids, you can damage your eyes.

Seems very dangerous.

Hahah no no that’s with make up. You can wear fake lashes to make your eyelid wider and also wearing eyelid tape and eyeliner and shadow. Make up is a magical thing lol

Ah, yeah I don't know anything about fake lashes or makeup, I'm a guy so I don't use that stuff (plus my eyes look like the bigger eye in the top pic normally anyway).

Still seems dangerous in my opinion either way. And yeah I do think it's at least false advertising if not catfishing.
