If you develop friendships with the guys then help them out. If they express an interest in girls you can give them feedback and introduce them to other girls.
You can’t really spoil an authentic friendship by telling them honestly you don’t feel a romantic connection. Any guy who hears you and reacts that’s way didn’t actually want to be friends anyway

Yeah because they want a relationship. They are wasting their time because you're not interested. Let the guys spend their time on a woman that is interested.
It's good that you were honest with the other guys so they can unfriend you and move on. Guys don't like it when you lead them on. Just be honest and tell them how you told the other guys.
