I’ve been with men 5’6-5’7 and haven’t had any complaints when it came to their appearance, the flaws were in their behaviour. maybe it has very little to do with your height and more to do with your character

Ok good, cause the way you worded your question... Oof. Many women prefer to date someone taller than them, it's in our nature to look for somebody taller, to feel safe. Society also aided with that, we're 'wired' to like/prefer these things.
That said, you are 5'7. You can't tell me that there is no girl who is shorter than you. And those who Do still reject you over height, you don't want somebody that superficial anyway. It's all personal taste at the end of the day, you can't blame them, surely you have your own deal breakers. I call them superficial because I'm dating somebody shorter and he's a great guy.
And that brings us to the second part. Be a great guy. A great person. Caring, kind, a gentleman, be charming, funny, take good care of yourself, dress well, ... so many things you can do to be attractive. There are many guys your height and shorter who are very successful with women and they don't let height stop them (And no they're not rich either). And yes I say "letting their height stop them" because I believe that this is the case with you. "You can't get laid because of your height" In my opinion that's not true, and my reasons are here written above.

Likely it’s not about your height. If your only goal is to get laid it’s possible that these women you are trying can sense your lack of depth/genuine interest in them and therefore, not very interested and/or comfortable sleeping with you.

It’s all about your personality and a woman’s maturity. In my 20s I never would’ve dated a man shorter than me. I grew up and realized I’m attracted to a man’s confidence and ability to lead and make me feel protected. Height really has nothing to do with that. If a man is confident and demonstrates an ability to be strong and daring, id date him even if he was shorter than me. I’m 5’9” by the way

You're not physically attractive. Your height is just one of the many setbacks. Are you in shape? Do you have money? Do you have your own place & car? Do you have good social skills with women? These things matter and gurantee a higher change of success
Guy at work is your height and has no problem getting a woman, he is better than average looking so that helps but his real skill is how he talks to women. You basically just need to know how to talk, I suppose there’s classes on this , like a pick up artist I guess

If you really want to increase your height though there are shoes ands also things to put in your shoes to make you look taller…Also if you just want to be taller just to get laid well when you’re most likely in a bed you’re going to be the same height anyways 💡
