A guy women gravitate towards. They like him in some sort of way, talk about him and want to be around him. He doesn't go out of his way in any way. The women come to him and he smiles and talks to them. Only dates or sleeps with the ones that interest him because he just doesn't sleep with anyone. He has preferences and knows what he wants, he only entertains the hot ones he wants. He doesn't waste his time with the ugly or average slutty ones. He dates the hot women every guy wishes they could get. He dates around either casually or exclusively but he's dated and slept around. Even though he's a ladies man, he still puts himself as the priority in a sense where the person adds to his life and doesn't become a part of himself. He lets himself get involved in other things not completely consumed by sex and dating unless he's addicted to it. But otherwise if he has a healthy mindset, he won't be obsessed. He'll have time for other things that interest him as well.

A Womanizer is a man who is out for himself and only himself and he will say and do anything to bed a girl and will use every dirty trick that there is to accomplish his goal and will also keep track of his triumphs and boast to his buddies and girls you need to be able to tell the difference unless you don't think much of yourself or use him and lose him pronto.
A ladies man to me is an honest and caring and actually listens and I have actually met a man and the first thing that I noticed was he had a lot of women attracted to him but every one of these girls who had been with him had nothing but good to say about him and they said that they had to come on to him because he would never hit on them and I actually saw a girl who I could tell that he didn't know her we were in the local pub and it is secluded in the country the guys always parked their Harleys out back so us girls who were sitting by the back door watched as he walked out to his bike and this girl who was behind him stripped all her clothes off and said If you won't do me and she started masturbating and he just watched and when she finished he helped her get dressed and we heard him say that you have a boyfriend come and see me when your single. Of course there are all kinds of ladies men and I got to know him quite well and I am among his group of very close group of girlfriends and we know everything about each other plus the fact we get to share him and when we see that he would like to be with a girl we have made it happen for him and depending on the situation we can watch or join in.
