Why is it that someone has had many rekationships while other person same age hasn’t had any?

Poor judgement. People who start dating young tend to have more relationships because they dont evaluate the other person before getting into a relationship and thus they fail. Some people grow out of it, but a lot of people continue using poor judgement and so they burn through a lot of relationships.

Probably depends on who you talk to. Under 18, many people just "talk' about their sexual experiences, and maybe have not had any. Then again, some have. I did not have sex until I was 19, and she was 16, a junior in high school.

I have personally, had sex, of different kinds with around 15-20 girls and not all was 'penetrative' sex. Take what you hear as BS for the most part at your age.
