One fuckin thousand percent. Sorry for my need to swear but it gets my point across. Hell yeah I'm going to be there for him. As long as he just isn't giving up all together and being lazy then yes. Shit happens and sometimes it is unavoidable. Other times it is a crap situation at work. Either way if he is getting out for a good reason then I'm going to be there for him and pick up the slack. After all he is my guy right? That's what a good girlfriend does. Supports.

But I would leave after two weeks unless he starts job hunting.

I've been with men who don't get back to job hunting quickly and they just fall into depression way too easily. Then they revert to whiny children who can't take inconvenience for a single second.
