Every talking to stage I’ve been through I get cut off after after few days out of nowhere. As someone who’s 28 years old, never had a girlfriend, was a virgin until I was 26, only had intercourse twice I’m confident to confirm that dating market against bottom 80% of men, controlled women and women are the gatekeepers when it comes dating and sex. I watch at least 10 self-improvement videos every single day just so I could feel motivated everyday.

You could be unattractive overweight unemployed female she would still validating in public by guys chatting her at the night clubs, hundreds of swipe rights on Tinder, and hundreds Dms on Insta. She’s much better change than 6/10 guy, lean build, who works at coffee shop (probably also running a small business) he’s invincible in public, girls would give him no eye contact resting b*** face expression when waking past him, lucky to get one match of Tinder, his dms will be ignored.

Lonely awkward women don’t exist and even if they do feel lonely and miserable all the time their girlfriends and simps will come to their rescue but if this was lonely awkward man he just got man up and deal with it on their own. I’ve seen videos on YouTube of men in their 30s that never had a girlfriend and still a virgin, and very likely that’s not by choice.

I have had moments like you where I had a similar mindset.

In the end, I became lonely, depressed, angry, and cynical.

What I figured out though is that yes, 100% dating apps are more geared towards women and they will always have the advantage, because there are a lot more desperate men out there then women, and for this reason women do not have to work as hard to get attention, sex, or dates, also in general I want to say there are more men in the world and on dating apps then women.

But also the women who are low tier attract even lower their men, I have had female friends who struggle on dating apps, 90% of the guys they talked to were clearly just trying to get laid and then dump them, vs actually form relationships.

Also that yes because of society being they way it is these days we as men have to be more careful when dating and interacting with the opposite sex in general.

But what I have learned from years of unsuccessful dating is that the harder you try to impress, and the harder you try to act like someone you are not the more likely it will become obvious and the quicker they will lose interest or stop talking.

Also women especially on dating apps are being blown up, especially if she is decently attractive, and they have their own lives, friends, and things going on bedsides some random dude on a dating.

The problem I had was I overvalued the women I was speaking to, girls do not like this, it comes off as desperate and weak.

You can't be boring to talk to, you have to engage, listen, and respond in a entertaining, interesting, or intriguing way, girls get over boring conversations quickly especially through text.

Try to get them off the apps ASAP, try to have a phone conversation or get a date arranged within a few days to a week at most, I have found most girls on there would rather just meet up somewhere after matching.

If a girl makes you wait more then 24-48 hours to reply, move on, do not reengage with her, and if it wasn't going anywhere before unmatch.

She has demonstrated that she does not value the conversation or you and is likely not that interested.

I would not disclose that you are a virgin to any girl unless the conversation comes up naturally and/or she is also a virgin and has told you as much, that will be a huge turn off, once there is something more established then that conversation can be had and you can gauge if that is gonna be a issue (realistically it shouldn't be if she is a understanding and normal person, but they may have reservations about being your first).

Some of the biggest things I have learned is that you do not want to seem over interested, clingy, boring, or overly interested in sex, also don't disclose to much to early, keep the mystery alive for as long as you can, mystery makes things more interesting, challenging, fun for a girl.

Obviously this does not apply to every girl in every scenario, but these are some good general guidelines I have figured out.

One of the most useful things I have found is to try to establish what they want out of dating early on (hook up, casual dating, serious long term relationship, etc.) so you do not waste your or their time.

a numbers game. it's not just a single man but millions of men out there

the MeToo movement. make one wrong mistake and that's your reputation down the fucking toilet and nobody cares

this is a card that men don't have

time, energy, money, resources that could be better put into self-investment versus wasting it potentially on women who don't have your best interests

meeting unrealistic standards and expectations while receiving the worst in return

marriage, divorce, reproductive rights and other laws favoring women over men

society defending the bad behaviors of women if you are ever on the wrong end of it e. g. if you get falsely accused of rape, you need to accept blame and take fault for it because you deserve it. the false accuser should not be held accountable at all

Nope because statistically the 80/20 rule works in men’s favor more than women

because of one simple little variable: TIME

Think about it women are born with every thing they need to attract a man

So naturally as they age the thin-ness, beauty and fertility they were born with decreases and so do their dating options

Men we have to make ourselves valuable we aren’t born with the money, confidence and muscle that women are attracted to we have to work for it

so as long as a guy is working, improving, gaining valuable skills he will have more options than women over a lifetime

a woman’s window is 18 to 25 after that a woman’s value decreases and that’s even if she doesn’t has kids ( which most of them do )

while from 18 men have another 20+ years to add to our value

Basically men have everything to gain and women have everything to lose because time isn’t on their side they can only get fatter and less attractive as they age

I was a virgin till 35, no one else to blame but me and my own mental barriers. My first relationship didn't last long and ended in difficult circumstances. I got onto online dating apps and sure inhad to put in a lot of time and effort, tried to personalised all my messages commenting on profiles or pictures, got ignored most of the time. But I made a few connections, including my now fiancé. I did try speed dating but to be honest I probably wasn't ready for it and was a little overwhelmed. Had one too many drinks.
Sure, men have to do more work, but that's always been the case.
