yes.

he's a good guy who is willing to do almost anything to protect and benefit those he loves. he does bad things, no doubt, but even in doing bad things he does have a moral compass meaning that certain 'bad' things still need to be done in a certain way. he seems unwilling to do bad to people who are good but seems to justify some of his bad deeds if the victim isn't truly innocent.
