My boyfriend said I’m a frog. What does that mean?

Well on Smokey and the Bandit - in 1977 - he gave a girl a CB radio handle of frog. She said why? He said because you’re always hopping around and you’re kinda cute like a frog. He also said - And I’d like to jump you.
