Is it a red flag if the person you went on a first date with does not ask any questions about yourself?

I went on my first date with this guy I work with. Majority of the date he talked about work. Throughout the conversation, I would ask him questions about his goals at work and about his job duties. I stayed engaged. The only time he turned the conversation to me was to 1. Make fun of my music taste (its known around my work that I listen to metal) and 2. At the very end of the date he asked what my hobbies were. I told him I liked to read... which he then made fun of me for.

As we were walking out, he asked if I wanted to do anything else. I reminded him that I had a family member pass away a few days ago (which he knew about prior to the date and still kept asking me to go out). He said he was sorry for my loss but then left in such a hurry I had to call out to him to say 'thank you for dinner'.

The following day he got drunk at his sisters house and was sending me suggestive texts...

Since then, he's been texting me nonstop and is hinting at wanting to go out again...

Keep in mind, yes I'm in my late twenties, but this was the first date I've ever been on... for most my twenties I worked on school and my career... so I really don't know if this was a good date or a bad one...

Another side note, prior to going on a date, we've been texting a lot and I've learned a lot about him through text by asking questions... he hasn't really asked me a whole lot though...
