First you have to love yourself that's the most important if you love yourself then you will understand the love that somebody else is trying to give to you and the meaning of it

And when somebody loves you you acknowledge it and the best way you know how
And you also have to understand there's so many different types of love..

And the thing about love is you can only love somebody to the depth that you have been loved to the love that you have experienced..

So you if you know that then you have to change it and you have to invent new ways to love or be loved everybody's different everybody wants something different Love is Love that unconditional love is the most powerful love at all and you have to do that with yourself first and everything else will fall into place

I wish I could give a clear answer on how to be loved because I'm 55 years old and been seeking real love since my teen years but sadly nothing has been a long term relationship my first ex-girlfriend was age 21, and I was age 28, and it lasted like 3 months my last ex-girlfriend was age 18, and I was age 35, and it lasted about a year, but things never came out I even bought things, but money does not buy love. Sometimes I feel like staying single is my only option I don't know and the internet and telephone chatline is unsafe to look for love because you just don't know who is on the other end also I met one girl off the telephone chatline, and we went for a ride, and she played chicken with her car we are lucky to be alive to wow some people.

Work on your personality and looks. Small things like working out and eating better help a lot. Education is important outside of school as well. You want to be pretty smart and kind. Obviously you will have flaws but effort will make the good things shine more. Don’t settle.

You’re doing amazing then. Just wait till you’re a young adult to start actually dating. Teenage males have nothing to offer but disappointment and heartbreak. The older men who will give you attention lack maturity and are predatory so don’t fall for that either. They can be very convincing at first.
