How do I get an innocent guy to do fr3aky things with me without pressuring him or making him think that's all I want from him?

There's this guy I'm talking to, we've been talking for 3 weeks and I really like him, he's sweet, humble and loyal. He's a child of God and I'm more of a F. R. E. A. K and I wanna do things like that with him but I'm scared of what he's gonna think. We're going to the fair this weekend and he want me to decided what we do. How should I approach him or what should i do?
