Australian Hospitality scene.. the answer?

Currently work in employment sector in Australia on full time basis with most weekends free, looking to supplement income to try to save to pay off car earlier and save for deposit on a caravan (which is priced rather high) . I am mid thirties with so much I want to achieve before 45 I’m a bit more driven then most I know. I am looking to return hospitality industry after some time off (9 odd years) - hospitality meaning bar/gaming/waitressing to assist with this. I am in a relationship and I know that this is mostly considered a singles line of work… but has anyone else done something similar and their relationship survived? Or got what they wanted out of working the extra job? I don’t want to burn out. Looking for different perspectives.

Maybe try casual hospitality work for recruitment agencies working inside football stadiums this tends to be night shifts anywhere from 3 hours to 5 hours If you get to work at the music concerts. This will help you to see if you can handle working 2 jobs long term and get an idea on if it will affect your relationship.

If you have your RSA they will very likely get you doing bar work, sometimes they might even put you on bar and cashiering or maybe even the food part. Taylor Swift concert is coming up in Sydney and in Melbourne you might be fortunate to work at her concert
