My boyfriend has textfree on his phone and says he’s always had it on his phone but never deleted it. I’ve used the app a few times but only to text someone who block me.

I guess I am a bit confused on a couple of things. First what is textfree? I am not familiar with the app. Second thing is does what sound truthful? That he had an app and never deleted it? That he never used it? That you have the app and used it? I don't get what you are asking if it sounds truthful. If you have no reason to believe he is lying about something then take it as truth. I mean if he has a history of fibbing then sure I would be suspicious of someone but if he hasn't given you a reason to not trust him then you should trust him.
