I would say if they spend less time online and more time with real people. A lot of women spend time much time online especially on insta, pinterest or other social media platforms where they are confronted with not realistic images of what female beauty is supposed to be.
But at the same female friendships are sometimes shallow, too. Maybe it would help to find real friends where you can talk about vulnerable and build each other up.
Other aspects could be that you figure out your strengths. What are you good at and make that your priority.

Focus on the things you do love about yourself, and capitalize on them. Next, stop comparing yourself to other women. And lastly, if you dont have a good relationship with your father, a male therapist may do the trick. Studies show the lack of a father figure young, is often the primary indicators that a women will have low self esteem as an adult. Its ultimately the reason you fall for the first guy that gives you any attention. Good Luck.

Loving ourselves.

When we love ourselves we do care about us, we protect us, we are happy with ourselves and we are not searching happiness outside. That's when we get into relationship only and only when we feel it's worth it. And if by chance we find later that it's the wrong person or harming us or taking away our happiness we don't hesitate to separate

Sadly you don't get to set your worth that's something society does on it's own, you can have a idea based on who you associate with thought, odds are you are the average of the 5 peaple closest to you. As for helping women mot give then self away that's just having discipline in the chooses they make.
