What to do with someone who is passive aggressive - likes turns their behavior around on me - it's becoming very tiresome?

So guy starting to date is passive aggressive in that he'll turn "issues" around on me. If something goes wrong, even if he's at fault, it becomes my issue.

Take as example today.

He barely texts & tonight he goes on that I was quiet. I was merely going off of his behavior because honestly why should I be the one texting all the time.
