What do u mean if u want to talk surly u just talk right?
If its not somthing on the mental side lile being voluntary mute and just u can't go to the drs

Sore throat or what?
Something wrong with my voice or throat. Maybe my throat & voice are always tired. I always have to speak in soft voice, I can't yell
Perhaps you should consider making an appointment to see an ENT (Ears, Nose and Throat) consultant.
