Not likely, here's why:

• I live a more physical lifestyle. This means I enjoy hiking and foraging a lot. If she cannot do basic exercise, it likely won't work out.
• She has poor eating habits. If we settled down, the odds are I would likely give in or our children would eat like her. It is a never-ending cycle.
• A lack of exercise means more basic tasks in life can be made a hassle. Let's say I have a garden full of fruit, vegetables, and so on. She may not want to eat the healthy food and instead spend money dining out. This will create a conflict.

If its just enough fat to hide muscle definition and ribs, and at most add an extra inch or 2 on the stomach and bulk up her boobs? Yes.
