Not at all if we are dating. That is the only time I am going to kiss or touch a guy or be touched by one. I have to put some good amount of time dating in before I will get physical with a guy. Kissing would definitely happen quicker than touching if by touching you mean in a sexual way. If you just mean general physical contact then no it isn't a problem at all. I'll kiss on the second date if things went that well and he makes a move.
