Most likely yes. But is he going out of his way to talk to you? I’m guessing this is at work and you run into him on a daily basis.

If yes then there is a 9 out of 10 chance he likes you. Men rarely go out of there way to initiate conversations (especially beyond small talk) with women unless they are interested.

But if you met him at work he probably is taking his time and for good reason (#metoo). He is qualifying you and probably debating the most low risk action to take (ask you on a date). He wants you to be comfortable around him and likewise feel more comfortable around you.

Anyway most women should have good intuition for knowing a man is interested. You should be able to pick it up in his voice and body language. I am surprised you haven’t determined that yet. Maybe you have but aren’t interested in him romantically and are just hoping that’s not what he’s after.

Now for you women out there saying “well why doesn’t he be a so called real man and ask her on a date?”. Well he’s playing the long game because many women have forced men to be that way thanks to all the #metoo bullshit lingering effects. That asinine movement did a small amount of good in exchange for exponential damage to male/female relationships. In reality most women STILL want and expect men to approach. They want them to be direct about wanting a date because they STILL judge that as “confidence”

But confident or not he isn’t going to risk his reputation or worse his job if he miscalculates if you are open to a date or not. He’s got more to worry about nowadays besides just typical rejection and embarrassment.

Bottom line is if you like him too ask him to go get coffee or something. That’s a minor step up yet very low risk for both of you. It’s not a green light but it’s a stronger hint. He will likely ask you on a real date after that.

Generally, yes. It’s not necessarily healthy or wise to talk to her every single day unless maybe we work together or have some kind of unavoidable interaction. It’s kind of clingy to talk to her daily if we’re just in the ‘do we like each other phase’. If we were dating then it’s whole different deal now.


It’s also possible I’m talking to somebody daily and it means nothing. I think flirting is more than just talking.
