I don't date or fornicate thus I don't really have any special race in mind.
However, if I did have to date, then I would much prefer a Caucasian person, simply because I am Caucasian myself and I know more or less what to expect from them. It does not mean that I am a racist for preferring a person of the same race. It is a choice just like some people prefer to drive a certain brand of car or drink a specific brand of fizzy drink.
People often confuse preferences with racism when asked this question. It is not the case.
Any white guy that is not American.
