I was married to woman that would never give me more than a tight-lipped kiss. Told me she thought kissing was disgusting. Given how the marriage went, I would say it was some type of way to exercise some degree of control over me by making me feel less than. Some form of emotional manipulation.

Bottom line is I do not know why. Honestly, I have no clue, but I will say this. If it bothers you now, it will annoy the fuck out of you later... I would never get involved with a person that doesn't willing want to open mouth kisses me. Just trust me on that fact.

For me, she would kiss me when we were dating but after the first year or during the first year of marriage it, she stopped. I felt betrayed and lied to. She was terrible wife honestly, but live and learn.

I don't think the guy loves you but he is just with you for sex and nothing more than that and that's why he doesn't kiss you because kissing is another way of connecting with a partner.
