Because many guys that make that statement are being fake they want to act like women are whores for having sex with others and they are better because they are waiting when in truth its they can't get sex so when they get a "goodgirl" and she dont want to sleep with them they get pissed that true "nice guy" mentality

It's very mentally unstable. It's a warped sense of thinking. To sleep with a hoe makes him a hoe aswell. Therefore he doesn't like himself as much as he claims to not like hoes bc he Is a hoe too
