Boyfriend online until 1am?

So my ldr boyfriend is usually online with me until about 12am-1am and then goes to bed but when I say goodnight earlier he is still online until those times and what possibly could someone in a relationship want online at that time that's decent? I wanna believe that it isn't anything and I'm just over thinking it , any ideas or might there be more to it?

Odds are that he just keeps that as a bedtime. Is online until he goes to bed ans so it will generally be 00-01. Which is sensible hours honestly.

Most likely he is watching movies, playing games, and doing whatever he normally does while you two chat.
If he plays games, and most guys do to some extent, he is more than likely just playing that.

If you're really curious just ask. "So hey, when I go to bed early what do you normally do?". That isn't strange. Surely you ask weirder things than that all the time.

As a sidenote: Him keeping the same hours regardless is a very healthy sign. It really isn't that late in your 20s.

I see from the other comments he games. That's one of the best parts about that hobby is that for the most part there are other people playing at any given time. I have friends from half-way around the world because I used to stay up until 4AM.

for the most part, that online status could be slightly messed up. i've seen my partners online status on and he has been sleeping for like 2 hours in plain view from me lol

another thing, maybe he can't sleep. some people stay up and try to wind down like that
