They are similar but subtly different.

To fancy someone (a term mostly used in UK) is to want to have sex with them.

Having a crush (mostly used in US, especially among younger people) is to want to get to know someone, possibly eventually to have sex with them.

They are almost synonymous.. Only thing is fancy is primarily sexual attraction, whereas a crush can be infatuation of your entire idea of them. Or you like that idea of them..
