Can you clarify why u think she is cheating? The picture quality is poor. There is nail polish in the first so I am presuming it is your girlfriend in the pic.

If you google Alfred Camera it is a security camera app for phones which she has presumably put on her phone and was trying out. Is it her current phone or an old one?
