I would say only few guys that really fall for her. It takes longer for a guy to fall in love with an overthinking girl because he has to go an extra mile to gain her trust something many guys are probably not willing to. So yes there are boys that will love her but they probably won´t be the majority since many guys nowadays prefer short cuts in dating.

What kind of overthinking is it? If it's more about "Am I kind and caring enough?", then yeah, I would love such a girl. If it's more like "He came back 30 seconds later than usual, is He cheating on me", then even if I liked her, she would tear it down anyway.
