Hello, I've been sick for the last two days and spent them in bed. I created a profile on a dating site and a 39-year-old woman wrote to me (I'm a lesbian), she looks beautiful, we share hobbies... She wrote to me asking if we should go on a date. I am 29 years old, she is 39 years old. All my partners were +- 2 years older than me. Would you date a woman 10 years older?

Were you attracted to her before you knew her age, or did you see her age and chat regardless? I think working out someone’s age is an ‘age old’ quandary. It is really how you feel with them and go from there. I would if there was that attraction.

I was attracted to her before I knew her age, she didn't have the age listed in her profile, I asked how old I was today

That is sort of your answer, we are attracted to people we like and having limits like no more than 5 years etc become pointless.
