Not a good idea, unless the girl thinks her age is nearing the time when it is too late to have a baby, and she is desperate. While a lot of women want children, that is not the first thought when going out with someone. Most women don't even want to talk kids until they fall in love with someone. And then even if they get married, they don't rush to get pregnant. They may be waiting until they are on good financial ground, because raising a child is not cheap. So keep your lips zipped unless she initiates a conversation on having kids.

If you haven't been going out for very long and she's not really your girlfriend or is your girlfriend but you've only been seeing each other for a few months then it's wildly inappropriate to say that. It would surely turn her off. Unless she's brought it up herself and said she wants that in conversation.

Well surely not like that, what you should do is ask her if she's dating for marriage and the ask her if she's plans on having children one day.

No it’s not unless it’s your girlfriend or wife. That’s not something that you tell someone you’re not even dating. You also don’t tell someone you’re not dating that you want to marry them. What you say is that you’re dating with the intent and hopes to come across your future wife. That way she knows what you’re looking for but you’re not telling her it’s necessarily with HER, because you don’t know that yet. At least you shouldn’t want to marry someone you recently met or don’t know.
