there's a couple ways you can look better:
- get high quality sleep everyday, sleep for at minimum 7 hours, max 9 hours. (getting a bad night sleep typically makes you 0.4-0.5 of a point (1-10 scale) less attractive the next day.. so you want to get your beauty sleep
- drink 1.5L of water a day, take vitamins (you most likely are in deficit), try to cut out sugary foods and processed foods, eat healthy, exercise for 30 min a day (being properly hydrated makes you more attractive. no having any deficits in vitamins also. sugar and stuff hurts your looks and decreases testosterone in dudes)
- destress (stress is bad for your looks. when your stressed out you look less attractive)
- take care of your skin (i know this stuff might be gay maybe to guys? but that will definitely improve your looks for sure. you should be washing your face with a cleanser at least once a day preferably at night that's for dudes and made for your skin type, you should be cleaning your face with lukewarm water not cold or hot and with clean hands, you should also moisturize twice a day. if you have skin problems you should fix them because they definitely bring down your looks, you should also be careful not too irritate yourself when you shave)
- tactically improving your face with a different haircut (different hairstyles can fix and camouflage bad areas of your face or bring out good things. you can also hide behind it if your insecure. try to find something that works for your face shape. the bad hairstyle can throw off your proportions and make you look worse too)
- increasing testosterone. testosterone is very closely linked to male beauty and actually increasing it even short term improves how your face looks. long term increase can actually post puberty make your facial bones grow and so masculinized your face more aka making you hotter. you can do this with many ways, like eating testorone rich foods (animal proteins esp red meat and fish have a lot of t, google this stuff. can be a more than slight difference in t levels potentially) and cut out estrogen building stuff (like soy and vegetal proteins, sugar and refined carbs, also beer funny enough), you should also cut estrogen inducing lifestyle factors like smoking or using cheap plastics as food containers, hit the gym (the more muscles the more t, plus you'll get a hot body that def can't hurt in glowing up). google this stuff honestly. if it's legal where you live you can also take hrt testosterone
- get dental work if you have a receeding chin (you seem to kinda have one but can't say). if it's caused by your teeth, just adult braces will fix it (but you'll have to wear a retainer for life to keep it in place. just one month of not wearing it causes everything to go back) or else you need elastics and other types of dental corrections additionally to braces. also stop mouth breathing if you do
- get your eyes checked. if you need glasses (often you wouldn't know, its a stereotype that your vision will be blurry) but you dont wear any you're actually squinting kinda your eyes and that hurt your looks. dont get glasses though, they make you look less attractives (except for totally clear frames), get contacts
- you can also camouflage your face with a beard (that will give the illusion of a more chad jawline and make your face more masculine)
- tanning. people in the west, and just guys in general worldwide are perceived as more attractive when they're tanner. though only tan with spf 30-50 (doesn't prevent tanning at all that's a myth), because or else it will cause premature aging and make you less ugly and like a ballsack at 40. it also will help camouflage skin imperfections
- making your eyebrows more attractive. you can make them darker and fuller via treatments (also increasin t will do this). if you have a uni brow shave them. you can also shape them strategically to improve how you look
- be super clean and be very well groomed
- probably too gay but then there's always the option of makeup. though not james charles makeup, like the kind you can't detect. if you do this you can correct a bit more your bad features and enhance your good ones, though you can't do that much magic because since your a dude you gotta keep it unnoticeable or else people might judge you
