Honestly, I have been there myself. Long distance is hard but it also opens up a lot of creative ways to celebrate that can be just as special, if not more. So here are some ideas for you to choose.
Gaming date night. I dont know if you and your girl like gaming but why not? Choose something that fits both of your tastes—maybe a story-driven game if you're into narratives or a casual, fun game if you're looking to keep it light. Set up your Zoom call, share your screens, and it's like you're gaming side by side. Throw in some thematic elements like both of you getting the same snacks or drinks to share the experience even more closely.
Customized playlist. Make her a playlist of songs that are meaningful to both of you or new songs that you think she'll love. Share it during your Zoom call and have a little listening party.
Movie night with a twist. Use a service that lets you watch movies simultaneously and pick a film you both love or have been wanting to see. The twist? Make it interactive by creating a mini-game where you take a sip of your drink every time a specific word is said or a character appears.
Surprise video message. Before the big day, reach out to her friends and family and ask them to send you short video messages or stories about her or messages wishing her a happy Valentine's Day. Compile them into one big video and watch her reaction as she sees her loved ones all coming together to make her day special.

You don't celebrate Valentines day. Neve showered a woman with gifts. Who said a guy should buy Gifford a woman. Women don't buy guy gifts. They just expect a guy to showered them with a made up day.
If you really loved her show her affection through you and tell her daily. Cook for her when she is around you, massage he, kiss her, tell her she is your light and with out her the dark is very lonely. Being in her arms makes time stop and everything around you freezes and all that matter in life is her. Tell her she is Amazing.
You do not need a made up corporation holiday to take your money to express love. DO NOT CELEBRATE VALENTINES DAY. That one day don't compensate for the other 364 days you have with her.
Gift, and call. What is she into? And why is she away?
You can send gifts or flowers to her. There are many such which delivers flowers etc. You both can spend together that day over video call. You can make that day special by planning something like over video call you both may dress nicely and can do cake cutting together. You can send letter as pdf with your love feelings confessions in that. You can send your voice message recorded earlier. You can sing songs for her live or you can play guitar for her live etc. You can wish her making a virtual cards. You can plan your day keeping in your mind what both you would like to do and you can end your day with sexting.
On the last Valentine’s Day in my Long Distance Relationship, 6 months before we broke up - My ex sent me beautiful roses, dry red wine and chocolate for me.
He then called me, we streamed a movie and watched it together. After watching it, he took a glass of wine, I took a glass of wine and we drank together, kind of like a date.

my hubby and I were LD for 4 years. before we got married. but we saw each other every 3 weeks or so. We also took many vacations in each others hometown as well as travelled to other places.

In my LDR we made it a romantic evening longer than we usually called, we ensured we would not be interrupted all evening. She dressed up for it, I had a rose in my room to symbolize our moment and then we just made the whole evening focused on quality time, very long sex, cuddles (For as far as we could in an LDR, we had our special way for that) and that sort of stuff.
I don't have one but I imagine if I did I would have a gift shipped to her house or apartment on that day and plan a zoom call with her that night
