I am falling in love with her or it’s just a crush?

So I’ve never really have fallen in love before. So me and this chick been talking for a couple months and hung out a few times. We work together, so we see each other every day. Always flirting and touching when no one is around. But I find myself constantly thinking about her all the time. I love being around her, always happy when I see her, always smiling when we text. I sometimes find myself getting a little jealous when she talks to other coworkers and customers. We had a conversation couple weeks ago. She said we would make a great couple and our relationship would be special but that she’s not used to having a guy treating her so good and seeing the real her. That she doesn’t know to feel about it and needs to go through her feelings cause she’s unsure of how to react to me treating her good; she wants to sort it out before we actually can start dating. So I don't know what I’m really feeling towards her. Is it just a crush or am I falling for her?
