I was having a conversation with a work colleague. The topic about parents came up and she asked me if I had any pictures of my mom cause she feels like she’s really pretty (even though she’s never seen her).

She's kinda saying you would be pretty if you were a woman. I can't really make heads or tales of it, which is probably why she said it. Its kind of a compliment, but ambiguous enough that you don't feel like she's hitting on you. Could be she's very discretely testing the water but doesn't really want you to know.
