This person introduced me to this other person. When I told the other person my name, she asked the background/ethnicity of it. I said Persian. The person who introduced me said, doesn't he look like a handsome Amir? The person who asked then said she had a friend (female) who was Persian and that she was very beautiful/one of the nicest looking people she had seen etc. Was she implying I was good looking as well just like the person who introduced me did?

When the person who introduced you called you a "handsome Amir", that was a pretty clear compliment. Guys don't usually throw around those kinds of words for no reason, ya feel me?

And then the other girl chiming in to talk about how her Persian friend was seriously beautiful - I think she was kinda mirroring what the first girl said about you. Like reinforcing that Persians can be really attractive people.

It's not a direct compliment, but girls don't usually bring up how good lookin' their friends are in random convos. She was tryna back up that you must be easy on the eyes too by association.

I'd take it as a nice confidence boost my man! They was droppin hints you're a good lookin guy. Now you just gotta remember that the next time you talk to some cute girls, ya feel? Strut with that new confidence!
