*If you have dated them, would you be hurt by the fact that it didn’t work out or would you be grateful for the little while she/he dated you and you felt like the center of the world?

in my opinion, sex is sacred for the committed relationship with someone you trust with loving and loving you back.
Yes most Guys and girls’ today are serial daters , cuz most of them have other options to choose from or they are already involved with someone else , without telling you the truth , so it only bothers me , if she isn’t honest about it to me and she is misleading me on, so I would only be hurt , if I found out she was lying to me the whole time , which sadly I had my fair share of lying selfish girls’ that had done that to me , it’s sadly the chance most of us take in the dating world. When meeting someone new , we are usually infatuated with that person , we feel attracted to them and feel we have great chemistry and connection with them , we hope they are being honest with us. But sadly , a lot of people have a hard time being honest with each other , because most people are selfish people, that only think about what is best for themselves , So if a girl is honest with me from the start , she pretty much has a way better chance of my heart opening up to her compared to a girl that lives off of lies. The sad thing about people, is we really don’t know what someone’s true intentions really are , because we aren’t mind readers , so if I meet a beautiful girl that has great chemistry and connection with me and we are both attracted to each other and we hit it off , that’s really all that matters to me , because if she wants to live her life lying , then that’s something she will have to deal with , when her lying eventually smacks her right in the face , so she will more than likely suffer the consequences of her actions , if she chooses to lie. Basically thanks for a good time, but not a long time. I slept with married women and girls’ that were already in relationships , that lied to me and told me they were single. I was hurt when I found out the truth , that they were already in a relationship after we slept together , but the truth is , I still had a great night with them , and the sex was amazing. So If she wants to go back to her husband or boyfriend after we had sex all night long , that’s something she has to deal with and live with , and something that is not my problem , and I will make it clear to her to not make it my problem as well , because I have been confronted by husbands and boyfriends through the years that asked me if I was sleeping with his wife or girlfriend , I straight out told them the truth , that she lied to me and told me she was single , so I am sorry she did that you , and told him the truth about everything, I always put myself in someone else’s shoes when it comes to being betrayed or backstabbed or lied to or cheated on , Even though I was hurt that she fucked with my heart , I pictured myself being in his shoes and how I would feel , if my partner did that to me. What surprised me was some of these guys’ took their wives and girlfriends back after he found out the truth that she was cheating on him , That to me blew my mind , because that’s something I don’t tolerate. When my ex cheated on me , I kicked her ass right to the curb where she belongs , she has been begging for me back ever since , I made her suffer for a long time by not giving into her , She claims she never physically cheated on me , so it took me a long time to eventually start believing her and gave her another chance , so I I did eventually cave in and gave her another chance , mainly because of our children together and I still care about her and love her just don’t feel in love with her if that makes sense , even though things have been pretty good between us , I realized , I can’t give her myself completely like it was before , I told her the truth that I might be open to dating other girls ‘ cuz I honestly can’t give you 100 percent of my heart , I forgave you for what happened but I can’t forget , she said she understands and she said she is standing by my side no matter what , she is ok with me dating other girls ‘ so she says lol I told her I am ok if she dates other guys’ as well just be honest about it , she said she doesn’t want anyone else , I told her the truth that I am not looking for anyone else , but if a girl finds me and sweeps me off my feet , I promise to let her know immediately that I met someone else. It’s crazy to say by my ex and I have been better friends since we aren’t tied together like it use to be , We been getting along better and in a sense it’s like we are starting off on a better track then before , we both know we love each other and care about each other , but realize we don’t need strings attached to feel that way about each other , it’s not like I have a line of girls’ lined up to jump in my pants , it would be nice lol but like I said I am not looking for anyone , just like she claims she isn’t , she kind of gets turned on when other girls’ hit on me , It cracks me up , I don’t get it ,

It’s better then someone who sleeps around. I think it’s fine to date around to see whose right for you. Major difference to sleeping around.
I agree that sex is sacred. Am I perfect? No. But I do want someone who shares my values. I don’t live that lifestyle and I expect a romantic partner to share the same interests.

Well to be fair, I told them all I'm not dating right now. They insisted on coffee/dinner/lunch/drinks anyway, so it seemed really rude not to. They're great race buddies.
There are a few more after mid March... with the race schedule being what it is before then, told 'em I just can't fit anything in at this time. I see them all the time at the races though and we chat on the phone, so not like I'm just disappearing for 2 months.
You must be a pretty good flirt to make 6 women ask you out and then tell them you are not dating anyone, so you can just be race buddies, but also be nice enough to go out and chat with them all.

I think I inadvertently turned into one. I wanted to marry my very first girlfriend and it turned into an LDR. Then I started to become a serial dater -- still dating one woman exclusively at a time -- but I never found the same level of attachment until I found my wife. So I had a whole bunch of short-lived relationships, often for a month or two, and very few ones that lasted longer than that.
I generally think players generally look for more than one relationship at a time and aren't always very honest about what they want.
I was always upfront about my intentions and dated only one woman at a time. I just ended up dating a whole bunch anyway because each relationship tended to be so short-lived.
I was different, to avoid the disappointment, I dated 2-3 men around the same time. Just to avoid myself from getting hurt by anyone, if you date one man, you get more invested in it and the risk of a heartbreak is higher.
I am not fond of the idea of ever being heartbroken because I am very sensitive, so I dated 2-3 instead just to make sure I’d not get too emotionally invested to get hurt.
As a result, stopped dating all of them though.
This August I dated just one man at a time, I really liked him. But he seems to have been interested in having sex early on, which I am not interested in.
Any type of Sex is a very holy thing for me, which I wouldn’t like to experience with anyone unless I love and feel loved by them.

I couldn't see myself spending the rest of my life with them and growing old together like I did that very first serious girlfriend in university, until one time.
I found one before my wife with whom I finally felt like I found "the one". Trouble is that she was diagnosed bipolar with severe mood swings and required mood stabilizers and antidepressants to keep them remotely under control, and she could still have the wildest swings regardless. We got all the way to being engaged to be married and she had one of her swings just a couple of weeks before marriage and I lost patience and snapped and acted very immaturely and insulted her. Then she said she doesn't even know who I am anymore and broke off our engagement so shortly before our wedding day.
After that I just gave up dating and relationships entirely for almost two years until I finally met my wife at a picnic. Then we just became friends since i didn't want to date for almost a year and then we were getting along so well that I couldn't resist and asked her out on a date.
She ended up being the one.

If I did thing all over again, I think I would have spent more time just being friends with women, maybe some flirtationship here and there. I think one of the reasons my wife and I managed to get along so well is that we spent almost an entire year being good friends first without the risk normally associated with dating each other.
Yeah and these women are master manipulators. They are extremely conceited and don’t even realize it. They don’t realize the damage they are doing to men.

Because these men are usually go through all the effort of setting out the date, paying for it, leading the conversation and sticking their necks out for NOTHING. She doesn’t respect the initiative and risk these men have to take. She sea them as expendable.

Because men do NOT have the same pull that women do when all else is equal. No. It’s ON US to stick our necks out. If we don’t we will remain single and lonely. We might be approached by lesser attractive women and/or women looking for financial support. However our equivalents rarely if ever approach us. So there is always a lot of risk taking that women have to take.
Women do have an inherent advantage here and most don’t even realize it. That doesn’t mean I magically expect women to change in this because they won’t. However I just they could acknowledge the advantage that.
These men don’t necessarily “like” her. They are doing this because they think they have a chance. Most are clueless on what she’s really doing.
Chances are she will develop feelings for the guy who shows the least interest het because he’s “a challenge”. Sad how this usually works out.

To be honest, she was quite the fickle type and would rapidly change her mind about whom was the love of her life.
It took her one week and a half to declare me the love of her life, and another two weeks to replace me with someone else. I didn't feel bad about it, I admit I mostly went along with her as a rebound.
I think she really believes what she says, she's just that fickle and capricious.

If you cut away all the bravado and fronts people put up, I think romance is what everyone wants, no? Dating loads of people is just a way of finding it.
As for sex? I don't see any harm in trying each other out, otherwise you can be head over heels in love with them, yet there be a strong chance of never being fully sexually compatible! That would eventually lead to resentment and (or) worse.
Yes and I have no regrets with my time spent with her.
She taught me connections can form anywhere anytime and romance is still possible in this generation. She also showed me how strict independent women can be with what they want in their potential husband and their unwillingness to compromise at times.

I do agree with your thoughts on the whole intimacy aspect. But honestly I'd be happy that we did date and hopefully even if it didn't work out it wouldn't have been a waste. As well for one I'd have spent time with someone who was a lovely woman to date. If she wasn't feeling it would work out I'd know sooner than later and as long as they were honest and polite and such about it then I would be fine with it.
I've never dated at all as it stands. I think it's a great question even if I misread it to begin with.
My personal view on this is I would never go for that person. I told myself I would never date until I'm done High School. That did change though when my best friend confess to me. I guess my view on it is I have to know the person and trust the person. I think it's just a weird to date someone who I don't know. I know my friend since we were kids technically we're still kids we are still in high school but hopefully this makes sense. I just find it weird and that's the reason behind it.
I dated somebody for a while and it hurt me bad. But I'm grateful for that moment in my life. It taught me an important factors. I also dated but it wasn't very long per person like maybe two or three months. Things didn't work out for us and I moved on.
