What physical qualities or mannerisms automatically make you reject someone if they asked you out?

Assuming they're a natural born female, not much off the bat unless I already know her. I'm turned off by obesity and certain facial features for physical things. By mannerisms, if I see her doing something gross such eating her snot or biting her nails, or having a really bitch personality to everyone else.
