Trending & News Wife response: I did and married him though I didn't know it at the time. He is not the kind of rich person that is greedy or treats people badly. He grew up with average amounts of money. One of the things I had to get used to when we first started dating was that he does 2 dinners a week with homeless vets where he takes them to a restaurant and figures out if there is something he can do to help them. In 16 (coming up on 17 years next month) years I have seen a few dozen people come and go from these and then show up later to thank him for his kindness. I feel that if one is going to date a millionaire the money is secondary to how they are as a person. If they are a rude and disrespectful person I wouldn't want to date them. If they were a good and nice person (like my husband) I would be happy to.
A millionaire today isn't all that rich. Nine months ago, I asked this question:
Do we need a new word to describe "rich"?
"When this was recorded a pint of beer cost about 50p, now it's about £5. So a millionaire then was the same as someone with ten million today. In the 1940s, it was worth about ten times more still (one James Bond millionaire villain had a full sized railway on his ranch). It seems to me that that kind of wealth needs a new name, since a million pounds today will just about buy you a nice house in the suburbs, not a private island. Or maybe we just use it for people "earning" a million a year?"
https://www.youtube.com/embed/QGX47gZhC-8I think it is similar to a body builder spending too much time in a gym. This guy is focused on money and how to make it. He won't spend the time with me.
As somone on the road to riches that needs companionship, you could not be any more mistaken with that assumption.
@TheSpaceGnome I still would not date a millionaire. I will earn my own money, thank you!
Thats another misnomer, for example, if I end up rich and meet a poor girl and fall for her, I'm not paying for her stuff, she can earn that herself and split any bills 50/50.
I also would require she work from home by joining my business that made me rich in the first place, so her poverty would be temporary regardless.
by the way, the only reason I'm mentioning any of this, is because anyone reading your comment shouldn't be swayed by its misinformation (I'm not interested in you), we don't need to spread the kind of nonsense viewpoint into society that income matters in relationships, or that career driven people have no time for love, as neither is true.
@TheSpaceGnome You think your comments about me are correct? I got news for yoi. You have no fucking idea about my personality or what I want.
You asked this question and I gave my answer. That is not misinformation.
@TheSpaceGnome No wonder you are single at 37!
If we like each other and if he won't have to spend all days earning those millions... Because we wouldn't need them, lol...

I have in theory, she owned outright 2 houses, 1 of which is in London and the other in Kent. I think value of London house was 1.5 million or so and her Kent house £850k. Her family have been in legal work for generations and have a fair few properties. Lovely girl and we are still friends.
Yes, as long as she doesn't through her money around with gifts and stuff, trying to buy my affection. I'd much rather spend time together and fall in love as opposed to her expecting me to fall for her because she bought me a house.
Theoretically, I would have no problem with that, but millionaires usually look for people from their own social class;
If she was nice and really into me I would as long as she didn't think that just because she was rich sho could boss me around.
Yes, but not because she's a millionaire. She would need to be a mental match and be physically attractive to me.
Sure, but not for her money she'd need to have the qualities I want in a partner.
Maybe if she was kind and was human. Meaning how she treats people, friendly. With a good personality.
It’s not a requirement, but it’s not a disqualifier either.
If I had a millionaire girlfriend all I’d have to do is workout all day and not cheat
You can't get a millionaire so why does it matter lol 😆
If we got along. I'm not looking to date anyone right now. So, probably not currently.
Does the millionaire want to date me? That is the correct question
I'd only want a woman who has artistic talent, and is driven to make a work at home career out of it, (even if I do it first and she still has to catch up).
People want someone they relate to that won't mooch off of them, so really it depends on what your intent is and what kind of person you are as to whether or not a rich person would want you.
Depends, how did you make your money?
Lolwhy if she's a criminal or drug dealer you wouldn't date her?
Maybe One Was. lolxxoo
Millionaires aren't so rare these days.
Absolutely, I'm friends with enough
If we were compatible, yes I would
Money is not an issue
I mean shit gimme that money 🤣
Of course
Sure why not
Only if he's nice.
Yep. 😅
I'm millionaire
