Masculine is usually associated with strength, assertiveness, and independence and being a gentleman is associated with being responsible, mature, respectful, courteous, respectful, chivalrous, considerate, dignified, well-mannered, integrity, kindness, generosity, and empathy in his interactions with others.
So a masculine man without these qualities is just a pig!

Personally I like a combination of both, if he's sweet yet masculine it can be extremely attractive, especially if he's the type to be very nonchalant with other people (both girl and guy doesn't matter) but very sweet towards me I find that the most attractive I don't know why tho I guess it's because I know he is a very masculine person but with me he's very sweet and kind yk. So a combination of both is always good, but that's just my opinion.
