It’s all about healthy weight. Skinnier is better though, but one shouldn’t be able to see the texture of their bones through the skin.


Heavy/fat is also quite harmful to health and limits the number of enjoyable activities one can share in.

As I get older I notice I'm more okay with bigger women. Not obese but someone who clearly has a bodyfat percentage above 25%. However, I'm still most attracted to women within the healthy range. So not single digit bodyfat & not obese.

It is not so much a matter of how many pounds she is but more a function of fitness. Girls can have heavy thighs and still be very fit and very attractive. Somebody else could weigh less but be flabby.

I wouldn't care about the number on the scale. It depends on how tall she is and how fit she is. I've seen fat women at 110lbs and I've seen fit ones at 170lbs.

I prefer that she weigh an absolute minimum of 140-160 pounds, and I'm quite comfortable with a woman who tips the scales in the 250-350 pound range.

I've dated 90lbs women who ate 3x as much as me and the heaviest woman I dated was 120lbs. I prefer shorter women in the 100-110lbs range

The fattest would be 55 kg. Beyond this I feel uncomfortable.
Interestingly, I have no idea about a lower limit.
Can only guess: when her low weight causes health problems to her?

I guess my skinniest adult weight was 185 - 195. My fattest was about 365. I've lost a good bit since then but I still have a long way to go to get back to 185.

I don't really know how much they weighed except for my last, who was 135 and 5' 3". I never considered her to be fat, just very slightly overweight. It was mostly in her ass and thighs. She looked like she had jodhpurs.
Carol was a bit heavier and a few inches taller but, still, not exactly fat. She could probably stand to lose 15 or 20.
Sally was chubby at least. Not grossly fat just round but still VERY sexy!! I'd say she was slightly heavier than carol and maybe an inch or two shorter.
In as such, I would prefer someone skinny but, don't mind if she has a LITTLE meat on her bones!
Have you ever seen Kat Timf? That's too skinny for me. I'd be afraid I'd break her. If she was much skinnier, you could see right through her!
