Not all, but so many are. It can be hard to give the benefit of the doubt after many betrayals. Even many of the men who seem very sweet and kind, they can turn nasty and violent in the blink of eye. You never know what could set them off either.

It's one of the reasons I don't date men very often because they do sometimes scare me quite a lot, I just get numb and I'll admit I can be very cold during those times. Even with men I normally trust. With those men I have warned them about this so they know I am not mad at them when it happens. I just can't bring myself to trust them at all in those times and it makes me feel sick. I know not all men are bad—they CAN'T all be bad. It just feels so dangerous to trust any of them..

As a guy I don’t think women value a gentlemen. They only value him if he’s the most good looking guy with so much status and holds the door open for her.
