I can only speak for myself but I certainly don't like it when total strangers try to rest their heads on my chest.

For one, resting the head on a male chest is probably not that comfortable as resting it on a female chest and furthermore, it is not as sexualized as the opposite way.

A man resting the head on a female chest is not something that seems as innocent as many people may think because the female breasts has obviously lumps and bumps a guy chest does not have and it sets wrong signals to the guys wanting to rest their heads on a female chest.

Allowing a stranger to do so is indirectly indicating that the female agrees to be sexualized.

It doesn't bother me if we are cuddling or something like that. I don't think I could sleep like that or let someone fall asleep on my chest. I move too much when I sleep so that wouldn't be comfortable at all. If it is just for a while or to be close to me then yeah that's perfectly fine and not something I would mind. I don't know what you mean by "because isn't that what girls do". Do you mean when we lay our head on a guy's chest or what? I don't see it as a universal "girl behavior". Some will like it and some won't.

Yeah if it’s someone I care about or my partner, I do love being affectionate like this and vice versa.
