I've had this happen to me. It was hurtful but I didn't care at the same time because I was too afraid to talk to him anyway lol but the girl is deff a backstabbing too because they just showed up the next day or so holding hands. Came as a shock

Her friend likes me too and she probably knows, so it might not be that shocking for her. I guess her friend was just backing off to give her a shot.

That's a sticky situation you gotta go with your gut I guess and be able to communicate to her if she is hurt because the guy who left me for my friend never really spoke to me again
